Positive: Dimension of the room, really spacious.

Negative: Facilities and room pretty old and in need of some renovation. Breakfast selection really poor. Reception opening times for room payment not really adequate for a 4 stars hotel.

Negative: Road noise was noticeable due to proximity of busy motorway.

Positive: Everything. This is a gem of a place. Friendly owners, beautifully manicured gardens with terrific views over the city. Our room was 1st class as was the food, drink and service from the well turned out waiting staff. An absolute joy.

Negative: Nothing.
